How we compare
- Who: ChikuOS is responsible for every guide.
- How we research: each option's own pricing page, docs or repository, read on the "Checked" date shown on the guide, plus public buyer threads we link to. Guides are researched and drafted with AI assistance, and every price and claim is checked against its linked source before publishing.
- What we don't do: we haven't bought or benchmarked every product listed, so we describe what each vendor says it does and say so. We never invent reviews, ratings or test results, and we don't show star ratings.
- How options are ordered: free options first, then paid options from the lowest listed price up, grouped by type. Each guide states its own order next to the table. At the same price, other providers go before ours.
- How we make money: ChikuOS sells some of the options compared, and they're labelled. We don't take payment for placement and we don't use affiliate links.
- Updates: prices and features are re-checked at least every 90 days, and anything we can't verify is removed. Corrections: hello@chikuos.com.
