These terms apply when you use chikuos.com or buy a ChikuOS service. By using the site or paying for a service, you agree to them. Contact: hello@chikuos.com or WhatsApp +91 93545 03426.

Our services

ChikuOS provides website builds and audits, a free website score tool, WhatsApp automation and an AI phone receptionist. Each paid service has a written scope, price and delivery time agreed before work starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.

Free website score tool

The tool fetches the public URL you enter and gives an automated score. Results are a guide, not a guarantee. Only enter sites you own or are allowed to check.

Payments

Prices are in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise, and applicable taxes are added. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Setup fees are payable before work starts, and monthly fees are payable in advance. If a monthly fee is unpaid, we may pause the service after notice. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

WhatsApp automation

ChikuOS is a Meta Tech Provider. You connect your own WhatsApp number through Meta's Embedded Signup, you own your WhatsApp Business Account, and you pay Meta's conversation charges directly to Meta. You are responsible for following the WhatsApp Business and Meta policies, getting opt-in from the people you message, and the content of your message templates. Meta decides template approval, categories, pricing and account quality, and we cannot guarantee those outcomes.

AI phone receptionist

Calls may be recorded or transcribed for you. You are responsible for telling callers this and for any consent the law requires. The AI receptionist handles routine questions and bookings. It does not give medical advice and is not an emergency service.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information and content you give us is accurate and that you have the right to use it, that you have authority over any site, account or number you ask us to work on, and that you meet the laws that apply to your business, including data protection laws for your customers' or patients' data.

Acceptable use

You must not use our services for spam, unsolicited bulk messages, fraud, illegal content, harassment, attacks on other systems, or anything that breaks Meta's or any other platform's rules. We may suspend a service that is used this way.

Intellectual property

Once you have paid in full, you own the website content and deliverables we create specifically for you. ChikuOS keeps ownership of its own tools, templates, code libraries and know-how, and gives you the right to use them as part of the service. You keep ownership of your own content, logos and data.

Third-party services

Our services rely on third parties such as Cloudflare, Razorpay, Meta and telephony and AI providers. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions.

Limitation of liability

We work with care, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales. To the extent the law allows, ChikuOS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending the service

Either side can end a monthly service with written notice. We will help you take over your accounts and content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes don't affect work already agreed in writing.
