- Asha AI receptionist: +₹4,999/month. Answers your calls in Hindi, English and Hinglish and books on WhatsApp. Hear a sample call.
- Pay per result (test option): ₹10–20 per confirmed booking. Try it without a monthly fee; the rate is agreed upfront.
Questions
Do prices include GST?
No. All prices exclude GST, which is added to the invoice.
Who pays WhatsApp's message charges?
You pay Meta directly, at Meta's actual rates plus GST, from your own Meta Business account. We don't add anything to them.
What's included in every plan?
Setup, the automations, the AI chatbot and 2 support hours a month. Extra work is quoted before we start.
How does pay-per-result work?
As a test option, you pay ₹10 to ₹20 for each confirmed booking instead of a monthly fee. The exact rate is agreed before you start.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are on request and discussed case by case.
How do I cancel?
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@chikuos.com. Your WhatsApp number and chats always stay yours.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Share your GSTIN when you start and the invoice will carry it.
Can I pay online?
Not yet. Online payment is coming soon; for now we share a payment link or UPI details after we agree on the plan.
